Inquiry Based Learning Presentation

We were assigned to research inquiry-based learning and work with a partner to create an outline on http://www.mindmeister.com . Then we were to each use http://www.techsmith.com/snagit-gslp.html?gclid=CKWLto_C-LcCFWlp7AodX0kAlg (Snagit) to create a video presentation of the mindmap we had created. Once I figured out how to use Snagit, by watching several tutorials, I managed to record my presentation in 1 take - WOOHOO!! This is not like me.  My class introduction video probably took 15 takes before I was happy with it! I was really tempted to redo it, but after watching it I decided I did not think I would do much better even if I did it over.   You can be the judge here is the link to it on Youtube:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wck_7Kp3TBM .

I am really excited about all the new technology I am being exposed to in this class.  Of course some I can see using more than others.  For instance, I really like Snagit and anticipate using it a good bit.  I may need to go ahead and pay to have it past the 30 day free trial. It has been good to stretch myself and try these new things.  After all, I am always saying I am a life-long learner so this has given me a chance to prove it!
